The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) require that solicitors have their client accounts audited by an external accountant to ensure compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, which are updated from time to time. We have a wealth of experience in this area which stretches back many decades and are therefore ideally placed to undertake this work. Our detailed knowledge of the rules allows us to offer proactive guidance on how the rules should be applied and how to ensure that your systems and procedures are fit for purpose.
As registered auditors we prepare and submit the relevant reports required by the SRA within the 6 month deadline. Our audit process tries to be as non-invasive as possible to try and minimise any disruption to your business.
